In order to honour the women who works for MEET we worked on a campaign called #MEETLOVESITSWOMEN that consist in sharing with you the portraits of the MEET Women!
Gender balance is a major challenge in nowadays society and especially in technical activities such as the geothermal industry. To encourage young women to take up a career in geothermal energy, MEET has decided to put the light on project’s women to show their talent and commitment for their work. The aim is also to show, through the different portraits, the diversity of women acting on the project.
This volunteer-based campaign takes the form of portraits displayed on our LinkedIn page, and also gathered on our website.
The portraits are composed as follows: a photo, a description of their studies, a presentation of their current position as well as the missions related to the MEET project and finally a few words about their vision concerning their future career.
