GeoThermal Engineering GmbH is an engineering consultancy and project developer for deep geothermal energy projects. The company based in Karlsruhe, Germany was established in 2005 with the goal of improving the development and use of geothermal energy.
GeoT in MEET will support reservoir numerical simulations.
John Reinecker is senior exploration geologist and researcher working for GeoThermal Engineering GmbH since 2012. He is specialized in structural geology, geomechanics, borehole geophysics and reservoir geology. At GeoT John is involved in geothermal projects in Germany, Hungary and England at stages from greenfield exploration to deep drilling. His main duties at GeoT are: managing exploration strategies, geo-mechanical analysis and modelling, stress field analysis, reservoir geology analysis, target definition / well path planning for the deep geothermal projects, wellsite geology, and risk analysis / assessment.
